Hello I can appreciate your opinion & I apologize the set didn't meet your expectations but immediately after you sent the chat online I responded advising you to call and provided a number so you should have received that to your email. Since your chat through me off I found your order and a few minutes later I called no answer. I'm big on customer service it's a priority for me as well as the product I'm selling. You were absolutely sent what was in the picture but again I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase.
